Mr. Gavin Franklyne, an engineering graduate, is in charge of all Repair Services, and has been fully trained at MDL's manufacturing plant in York, England, to service all MDL equipment. Routine maintenance and calibration is a must for these precision instruments. Of course we will continue training, support and facilitating any needed adjustments/repairs for all the equipment we sell.
MDL Canada support services include:
- routine maintenance as required by owner's manual -- cleaning, oiling, polishing
- calibration against manufacturer's specs. and adjustment if necessary
- installation and update of firmware, and customization to user requirements
- replacement of standard wearing parts with original equipment
- re-build of damaged equipment (where feasible)
